Job Opportunity: Relationship Manager
Salary Grade: 13 or 14 ($58,090 -
$79,790) (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Position Summary: Colonial Farm
Credit has an excellent employment opportunity as a relationship manager
in the Commercial Loan Group. This position is responsible for developing
and managing a portfolio of large, complex, loans to all commodity sectors
in accordance with association and district policies, standards, and
procedures. Service area will include the entire association territory
with emphasis on southeastern and central Virginia. Under the direction of
one of the Commercial Loan Group relationship managers, position will work
in a team structure led by Chief Lending Officer, to ensure that customer
/ prospects needs are met or exceeded.
Education and Experience: Education
and/or experience equivalent to a BS or BA in Agriculture, Business
Administration, Finance or Economics. Five or more years of agricultural
lending or equivalent experience preferred, with strong business
development, negotiating, and credit analysis skills required.
